I do think one must strive to be as clean as possible...I, too, have flushed until I no longer get any stones. It had NO effect on the acne. But I also think there is too much over-simplification of this issue... most teens haven't been around long enough to really clog up the liver, acquire " parasites and fungi", yet that is the age when we almost ALL get acne. Obviously there is a hormonal influence or it wouldn't come at a time when hormones start raging. Most leave Acne behind at adulthood; the mystery is the rest of us.

Again, so glad it worked for you and your "perfect" skin, but that doesn't mean it works for everyone. (Indeed, it's possible yours just went away after a few years, as most people's do, and you're attributing it to the flushes) A clean liver is important, but it had no effect on the Acne of 70139 or mine...and we have done it so much we have no more stones! It did cure my arhtritis, which I have no furhter signs of, so I know it's had an effect there. I'm all for the flushes, but no one knows what really causes Acne yet.

Since so many people have done the flushes with no effect on acne, I propose an experiment with anti-candida supplements for it's effect on others' acne. By the way, there IS a blood test for candida that doctors can perform. Tweet
