Hello 70139.

Ok, I was just reading one of your previous msg's, and, you say you have just finished another Liver Flush last Monday. For me (as I've told you before), cleansing did nothing for me - infact, it had taken at least a month after I did all my cleansing for my skin to start slowly stop the breaking out. I had to stop the wheatgrass too as it was too much for my system at the time. When I was cleansing I went and saw a naturopath who did a test on all my bodily organs which indicated how stressed or weak they were. She was absolutely shocked at what she saw; pretty much all of my organs were heavily over stressed, but, in particular my liver was (as she said) on the verge of shutting down. I heard from my mum that one of the doctors she works with says they get a lot of people coming into hospital because their liver has shut down from over doing cleansing and using herbs to cleanse. It took me a good 2 months for my body to regain it's health after cleansing. What I think people must realise is that there is more reasons why people can have Acne other than just being clogged with junk. It is a fact that guys can get far more severe Acne than girls, most of this is simply due to hormones, natural adrenaline in your system and the infamous insulin like hormone IGF-1 which is released when glucose enters your system. You can certainly control these, however, your body needs to be at its homeostatis running normally for it to cope. Cleansing will for a lot of people make their system worse and in mine and your case leave scars on our skin forever.

At risk of being shunned, I say stop cleansing, stop any cleansing herbs, supplements or detoxing drink you take because it is not doing your body any justice. Make sure you obviously keep eating healthy though!! Once your body is back to normal then maybe you can slowly introduce wheatgrass or some detox supplement back into your system.

I hope this will be useful, from what you are saying you may not have Acne but something different; in any case, it is a symptom of an underlying problem. Find that underlying problem and your symptoms will go with it.

Best of luck once again and I will keep praying
