Did you ever pass major (large) stones?
If all you have gotten is the green pea stones, and chaff and old bile... chances are good you still have stones backed up in your liver and gallbladder.
The way I understand, if the gallbladder is tightly packed with stones it will take many (sometimes very many) flushes to move them and flush enough stuff to allow the big ones to exit. This makes good sense to me from my experience. Once mine were able to move, BLOOP! Out they came, about 30-40 the size of small prunes. That was the flush that completely cleared up my skin, permanently! I continued to flush at two week intervals for about 3 more flushes, which came up clean. Now I do annual maintenance flushes.
If your gallbladder is tightly packed with stones, very likely you also have stones in your liver. Once the gallbladder is clear they will continue to move out of the liver, into the gallbladder, and can then be flushed.
Since a
Liver Flush consists of just one SPURT SPURT SPURT... we need to keep flushing at two week intervals (to allow the body to heal) until we get the Big Mothers out!
How can you tell if you have a gunked up L/GB? The skin is an excellent indicator. That's why I continue to recommend to people on this forum that they work on this cleanse, which admittedly requires a bunch of patience!
Another good indicator is sluggish metabolism/digestion. Another common problem with folks with skin trouble! (Is there a connection!? lol) Since bile breaks down fats, we need our liver and gallbladder to be in tip top order to assure this function functions!
I believe that all the heavy duty colon cleansing I did over four years, which included LOTS of juice fasting, is why I got the results I did in so few flushes (about 5-6). I flushed buckets of old stale bile during fasting cleanses, and drank bunches of juices like Granny Smith apple, which has an acid that breaks down old bile and flushes it.
Bile is amazing stuff. Every DAY the liver manufactures approximately ONE
quart of bile! It is stored temporarily in the gallbladder to be available on call to digest fat. It also helps lubricate the intestines, and is responsible for the characteristic brown color of the stool (when there is insufficient bile, the stool will be light in color). Bile also assists in absorption of fat soluble vitamins and assimilation of calcium. It also converts beta carotine into vitamin A and promotes peristalsis.
My point being... if the liver and gallbladder are congested, these and many other very important functions are impaired, restulting in poor digestion and minimized health.
Also remember that 2
quarts of blood pass through the liver every minute for detoxification! That is one BUSY organ... and these are only a very few of its many functions. Guess where hormones are metabolized? Ever wonder why your skin is worse around your period (as mine certainly was)? I used to tell myself it was "pre-menopause"! Poor liver function, coupled with a deficiency of "good"
colonic bacteria results in hormonal imbalances in both men and women that can put them at serious risk for disease.
The condition of the liver is far more important in determining cholesterol level than the amount of animal fats consumed. A healthy liver converts dietary cholesterol into bile, while slowing down its own production of cholesterol to compensate.
Amazing organ! We can do so much to help it help us by employing the simple and very effective liver flush.
I once again recommend that everyone visit the informative and very supportive
Liver Flush Forum here at curezone.
