trying to find the cause for 10 years....

"Find the cause and correct it and you are on your way!"

It's not like I have been trying to find the cause. I have spent 10 years trying to figure out the cause and I have gotten nowhere.

The epsoms do give me diarrhea during the flush, but as soon as the flush is over they I get terribly constipated.

I think they stimulate my intestinal tract to much and after that initial stimulation is over my intestines become totally desensitized and very sluggish.

It is now friday and I have still not has a bm. Flush finished monday. Now my skin is breaking out even worse from the constipation.

I think I am officially done with Liver Flushing (at least with Epsom Salts )
