I agree and disagree. I think that some people totally over-do the cleansing and try to do a lot of things all at one time. This can be very bad for your body and will cause you more harm then good most definitely. If you are going to cleanse I would say to do it slowly. I have seen my Acne cleared with cleansing and detoxing...but I did it slowly. I never did Liver Flushes every week or every two weeks. I waited a month or more at a time. And what a lot of people forget to do is to cleanse your colon first and keep it clean while detoxing...if you don't then you will be causing the rest of your organs so much more stress if you try to detox.
Be careful...don't just do anything and when you try things do it slowly. Especially when you start taking supplements...don't start with a full dose...start slow and increase. I started taking bee pollen a few months ago and started with only 3 pollen balls and increase to 1/2 tsp...which has taken me since may. I have jumped into things before and have caused myself to have worse Acne and to feel sick and even horrible body aches. I drank a lot of wheatgrass juice one time and the next day I was so dizzy and nauseous when I woke up, I couldn't even stand. The place I got the wheatgrass from said not to over do it and what did I do....chug-a-lug...yes, dummy.
