thanks for the advice. what i've done is incorporate some hemp seed and hemp seed milk into my diet, which provides a 1:4 ration of omega 3:omega 6, as well as incorporate olive oil and scale back on the fish oil supps. i hope this balances it out, but even after another successful double- Liver Flush this weekend, i think the problem may just be i'm not doing well with oil.
to combat this end, i heard that one should take a tbsp of lecithin w/ every serving of fat they eat, as it is supposed to emulsify it. is there any truth to this? also what specific enzyme(s) could i incorporate to help better digest fat?
