Sounds like you've cut out most refined vegetable oils, which is largely a good thing. BUT, they contain a lot of omega 6, so if you cut them out AND supplement with omega 3, then you'll get too much omega 3 and too little omega 6.
To get the appropriate balance all you have to do is cut back or discontinue omega 3 supplements, and eat more vegetable oils like olive oil. No supplements needed. That's what I did and the breakouts caused by omega 3 stopped instantly and never came back.
