Terrible breakout from EFA-s??? (Omega3+6+9)

Hello!

I'am a 23 years old female from Hungary.
I've got Acne for about 6 years ago. I tooke Roaccutan for 8 months, which cleared 80% of my acne, but I still have a problem:

One cyst in every interval of 3 to 8 months.
The cyst takes 1 to 2 months to disappear, and it's healing with a permanent scar.


Here's my story:


About 2 months ago I've done a terrible mistake!
I made too many changes simoultaneusly in my supplement regimen.

I added the following supplements to my program:

-MSM Capsules (1000mg / day)
-Alpha Lipoic Acid capsules (200mg / day)
-Omega and More - Perfect Balance Oil ( 1 tbs / day)

In the following 2 months I've got a terrible breakout, that I haven't got for 8 months before!
5 big cysts, each cyst with a month healing time, and each one left a huge scar!
These were the longest and worst 2 months of my life!

I started to think what was the root cause of my breakout.
At the same time, when I started to take these 3 supplements stopped going to a sauna.
I think it doesn't matter.
Alpha Lipoic Acid is an important antioxidant...MSM helps clean the liver...
Both of them are totally helpful for Acne sufferers I think.

The only thing left (and which was the most suspicious for me) is the Perfect Balance (PB) oil formula.
But I don't understand. If you have acne, on every site and in every e-book you got these advice:

Take mor EFA-s!
I did that, and probably that was one of the worst decision in my life.
Why cause this formula breakout for me?

Because I already have too many omega6 and omega9 in my diet and PB shift the EFA ratio?
(2 part omega3 to 1 part omega6+omega9) (2:1:1)

Is it possible????
