Re: parkinson's disease - part 2

Julieuma...

I just read your post.We have very similar situations.I am in my early 50's and my husband just turned 66. Oddly enough I was just thinking about the smiling and laughter thing the other day. Been a long time since I've seen my husband bust out in a smile or heard him laugh. Wasn't sure if this was related to the Parkinson's or just the way life has been for the last few years.

My heart hurts for you and the frustration you must feel. I'm thankful my husband is at least willing to give this a go.

I'm sure you will still derive some information from this thread that will benefit your husband, yourself, or both of you. I have watched the Parkinson's forum from time to time but there is virtually no activity in there. I'm not sure how I even "stumbled" into this forum. I don't know anything about Iodine LOL. I couldn't believe it when I saw trapper's post on parkinsons. Coincidence? I think not. I believe in miracles and in so doing have left the door open for them to happen.

I would love to talk to you sometime if you are so inclined. You can reach me at whittywoman@hotmail.com.
