Yes, they are covering their as*es because you have their word on email. They cannot afford to give you a straight answer because they can then be liable. Their product obviously does not do a thing or does not do quite what they claim. They are simply scamming people on the net. The internet is the perfect place for it. Money money money. I dont know if anybody can really do much to stop them because they will always have some back up excuse for "why" it hasn't worked or if they are panicked by your intial inquiry they will give you an excuse as to why it "won't work" on you to cover themselves. I would still personally keep their emails.

At least you are getting the word out. This is the only way to stop these people by warning others on here and word spreads :-) Gotta expose these kinds of people, especially when they cash in on the desperate and vulnerable. Tweet
