The last time I did this was eat a "Mayabar" from Larabar. It has no sugar, and only organic ingredients...the only "sweetener" being dates...

(BTW, I must still be detoxing...I mowed this morning, (it ended up raining yesterday) and I still got the bromide blisters, fwiw)

Your skepticism is justified...but what I'm saying is that the Iodine in my body is still working on detoxing me...heavily, most likely!
