i am a bit skeptical here, only because i want to know and seek congruency with my own experience thus far.
when i hear bromides and hear chocolate, everything i know of that hs those things in it also have lots of Sugar and fat. i know there is a balance that is thrown off by ingesting large amounts of iodine, but isnt that the point? to increase the Iodine so that the other halogens are displaced instead of vice versa?
i think if i need energy and i eat Sugar and get energy then i was experiencing low blood sugar.
