Re: HELP me with this please
I'm not familiar with the side effects of Zyrtec, but the allergies themselves suggest an underlying condition...again a possible combination of immune, digestive and hormonal dysfunction.
I would suggest that you do some research on a healthy diet. Check out
foods that kill on this website. Your diet should be primarily made up of whole, preferably organic foods with an emphasis on vegetables and fruits (if tolerated). Processed and fast foods should be avoided, as well as foods containing
preservatives , pesticides, hormones,
Antibiotics , artificial colorings and flavorings, chemicals and anything synthetic.
All systems of the body work together and are influenced by each other. This is true of the mind and body, as well. Toxins can wreak havoc on all systems of the body, and on the mind. This is also not a linear relationship...toxins in the body can lead to organ/tissue dysfunctions and disruptions in the functioning of organs can also contribute to a build-up of toxins. Stress also contributes to a toxic condition. Toxins are stored in fat, as well as other tissue and organs in the body. In general, an overweight person is also quite toxic. Hormonal problems may be present as well. However, this can be true of a thin person, too. There are many symptoms of toxicity and people vary with regard to how the condition manifests.
I am not familiar with Elicina. What goes on beneath your skin will have more of an impact on your condition than anything you are putting on it...I guarantee it!
