I think you are way off base.  It is obvious that Cho IS Oswald -  I point to the the fact that both have 3 names, Cho Seung-Hui, Lee Harvey Oswald.   He was indeed cryogenically frozen after Oswald's fake assassination and during that time surgically altered to appear Korean.    He is again frozen in a black ops facility and undergoing further surgery and when we  see another 3 named killer, we know who it will be.
