Re: Knees
I'm sure you're right about the messages from the body; it's just hard to heed them,
as we all know. We all want to do what we want to do! I will try the "knee whispering."
I am also ordering herbs from MH (of Ask Barefoot) for my knees, his BF&C
formula, which really helped him through his horribly traumatic leg accident
about 2 weeks ago, and some B&W formula, which is an ointment he recommends
for my knee. I just have to patient, though, as he is out of commission at the moment due
to his recent accident. The doc didn't say anything about hot & cold packs, but I can
ask. I am not sure a hot pack would be good in this case cuz of the swelling. I will look into
the magnetics. A chiropractor I used to go to and still consult with doesn't think high-gauss
magnets are good; in fact he considers them harmful. I bought a low-gauss magnetic
pad (which plugs in) which has 7 frequencies programmed into it, which I used to get
over chronic fatigue and some of the effects of low-thyroid, some years back, but it
ceased doing anything for me about 2 yrs. or so after I purchased it; it sort of jump-started
me but then it stopped. It has been a while since I tried it out; I could dig it out and
give it another shot. Thanks for your suggestions!
