2. You must have an efficient and secure way of transporting oil out of the region (Afghanistan pipeline).

3. You must have a permanent base of operations from which to launch future sorties against rebellious countries (building 5 permanent military bases/cities in Iraq ... target ???).

4. The future of the Middle East Union (MEU) critically depends upon the removal of: the radical (read rebellious) Islamic regime in Iran, and the "renegade" state of Syria; the future of the New World Order depends upon the formation of the MEU.
