I'm back in business. It was definitely the way I overdid the Flaxseeds. So to everyone who wants to use Flaxseeds, please do not grind them too much. Chop them just a little with your blender. I guess this allows the Flaxseeds to maintain its cleaning effect in the intestines which is lost when you reduce it into flour.
