Yes the Flaxseeds are still working for me. I can't tell you how much of a relief it is. I would keep your toast and yes definitely increase your intake. Those high fiber breads are great but for me they don't have enough Flaxseeds to make me complete complete in regards to healthy bowel movements. At the same time you don't want to over do it as this also can lead to other problems. The serving size for Flaxseeds is 2bsp. If I have the option, I will take the recommended serving after each meal during the day. If I can't manage that into my schedule I will take about 2 servings 3 hours before bed time with plenty of water. This in a nut shell will complete your fecal matter for the following day atleast to about 90%. Even though the seeds are a major factor for me I don't just rely on them, but on other foods rich in Fiber like whole grain pastas. Remember to drink plenty of water especially for men. If you do decide to increase your intake, look for an enhancing effect on the pigment of your skin, primarily the face. I'm curious if it's just me. =)
