Should you decide to purchase flaxseeds remember you’re taking them not for the nutritional attributes but primarily for fiber reasons. I recommend buying them whole and blending them as this allows for most to pass through your body undigested & enforcing healthy bowel movements. Remember not to over do it and drink plenty of water. I’ve yet to find anything that works as well as Flaxseed for this particular problem. Good luck!
