When I said servings I was referring to the serving of Flax seed according to its Nutrition Facts on the back of the package. One serving size is 2 tbsp (20g), so you can see I took a lot of flax seed. Before you go and consume more than what the company recommends keep in mind it’s my personality to go over the top. For example the instructions for Chlorophyll say “mix with liquid”. I drank it from the bottle.
It wouldn’t be a bad idea to try the recommended dose first, and then increase your intake. Now that I know this works for me, I’m slowly decreasing my quantity so as to pin point exactly how much my body requires for bowel efficiency.
