OK I will do the parasite cleanse first, and then move onto the liver flush. I am going to take a break now and start the parasite cleanse next Monday. From what I have read it does not appear to be a fast so keep with my vegetarian diet of veggies, fruits and nuts only. Should I do this for 7 days and then go directly into the liver flush? Do you do the liver cleanse for 7 days the first time? You said you did 5-6 flushes at two week intervals. Just making sure I understand, if the flush is for 7 days then I do 2 weeks back to back. No break in between? so 14 consecutive days?
