If anyone can help me, then I would SO appreciate it. I know this cleanse is not for weight loss but the main reason I am doing it is for that reason. I am extremely healthy and I excersise regularly. I have had health complications this year and had a nutritionist put 8 lbs on me by accident. I am on my 6th day and I feel great and have done my yoga, pilates, light cardio every day. I used to be a trainer so I know the drill on how not to lose muscle during a fast such as this. I have lost gone from 115.6 to 115.0 in 6 days. I have 6 to 7 glasses a day and I keep the maple syrup to 1 1/2tbls. I am doing the morning slaine flushes and herbal tea at night. I am following this perfectly and I do feel good and I am not very hungry. The only bad thing is I am NOT losing weight. I am getting very discouraged. Can anyone tell me what they think? Do you think because I am so healthy and my body is used to drinking protein shakes instead of consuming a lot of food and thats why I am experiencing weith loss resistance? Do you think if I go 10- 14 days I will suddenly lose 5 lbs or mnore? Please help!!
