Sumer you are the best! This is exactly what I needed to hear. OK I won't weigh myself again until the 10 days is accomplished and then I will go from there. I am really seeing my body look good now so I am not as frusturated. Wow the more I keep on this the better it is getting. My energy is awesome and I'm not even hungry. I am really enjoying the Master-Cleanse thus far and starting to feel more positive after hearing your thoughts on the weight issue.
