You sound far too focused on the scales. Bad reason to cleanse!! It is so easy to lose ten
pounds fasting, then gain it back PLUS if you don't continue with a sensible diet and exercise program. Weight loss is a poor focus.
You might consider a series of
Liver Flushes if you are serious about cleansing. Your liver/gallbladder are responsible for metabolism and fat digestion. If they are congested neither operation -- not to mention hormones and a whole lot of other chemical programs -- works well, and weight gain/retention can be the result.
I did four years of serious cleansing to unload the toxic waste from my poor abused colon (successfully turning 50 with a clean pink colon!!), and apart from juice fasting and professional colonics,
Liver Flushes are #1 with me! My digestion has never been better (not to mention it completely "cured" my long standing problem with adult acne). It does take patience -- I did 5-6 flushes at two week intervals before finally passing 30-40 beautiful jade green stones the size of small prunes, after which everything changed for the better! Well worth the effort.
Before liver flushing, do consider a
parasite cleanup if you haven't done one recently.
Patience! You can and will attain your health goals if you keep at it.
Best wishes for a happy new year!
