Sounds like detox to me. You should juice everyday if you don't already. Fresh juice helps majorly with speeding up the detox process. Maybe take some herbs like milk thistle for your liver and kidneys. No doubt they're highly toxic from all that meat. Also, the weight gain may be from the fact that your body is likely taking in fewer calories than before,so it's storing everything. Give it a few weeks and it'll burn itself off as you body adjust to this new way of eating. Stick with it!! :) Also, what are you doing in terms on raw fats? Sometimes limiting fat intake while eating only carbs can cause weight gain. If you're eating around 20-30% quality fat though, I don't imagine that's the problem. The weight gain could also be part of a parasite die-off, have you done a parasite cleanse before?
