I've been vegetarian for 1.5 weeks now. I was formerly a HUGE meat eater. I now eat tons of fresh fruit and veggies with occasional grilled fish but other than that, no grain, dairy, eggs or meat and make a point to drink 2 liters of water a day. I'm also 1.5 weeks into a full body cleanse. I've gained one clothing size and about 15
lbs. What's going on? I have mild itchiness right above my hipbones, I have huge rings under my eyes, my skin is dry, eyes are puffy, I'm cold all the time. My
Acne on my face cleared up but I ate some organic dark chocolate and had two little zits by the end of the day. Is this normal? Should I be doing more to detox? Has anyone else changed to vegetarian eating and had their body go haywire? Would a liver cleanse help? My stool also looks like food is going through unprocessed.
Any advice would be great.
