Out of curiousity, did you ever break your wrist or a finger, or injure your hand in someway? Or do you have arthritis/joint paint in your hand?
You diet sounds good, but watch out for the trail mix! That might be a culprit to your weight gain. Trail mix usually contains tons of nuts and dried fruit, which are very calorie dense. Is the trail mix raw too, or roasted? You might want to substitute the trail mix for maybe 12 almonds and some carrot sticks, or a hemp protein shake, or 2 pieces of fruit. Careful about the coconut milk too, it's good for you but too much will cause weight gain because it too is calorie dense. I would have a cup of it, max. 1 cup of prepared coconut milk has nearly 500 calories.
Not paying attention to calories and eating when you're hungry is good and natural, but I WOULD be wary of portion sizes (different than calories). A portion of nuts is about 10-15 nuts, ect. Eating too much, even if it's healthy and ignoring portion sizes will cause weight gain (unless it's a vegetable, then you can eat as much as you want because they're so low calorie). Don't freak out about portion sizes and focus on them TOO much, but be aware of them.
If you have access to a sauna, maybe at your local gym, try to go everyday if you can! The sauna is great for getting toxins out of the system, and can help with
Acne over tiime. Though I've struggled with acne, and it will be one of the last things to clear up. But progress will me made!! Have you done any other cleanses? ie. parasite, heavy metal? The fact that your tastebuds are changing and you don't like the smeel of meat anymore if a good sign! Your body is detoxing!
