Yup, you can just drink the coconut milk! Is the milk your having or coconut water? Is it from the coconut or from a package? Try
juicing fresh orange juice (peel the oranges) to start out, or fresh apple juice. The taste is SO much better than the prepackaged stuff. Carrot juice (fresh) is one of the best overall cleansers, but unless it's made from fresh carrots (like the ones bought at a farmer's market or the ones with the tops on them) it doesn't taste that great. I add a few oranges (2-4 oranges) and a lemon to my carrot juice (I used the bagged carrots that are cheap lol) and it tastes pretty good! If you juice a 1-inch slice of ginger (peeled) on the slow speed of the juicer with the carrot/orange juice it adds a nice kick.
The best iron supplement I know of is this:

They sell a great calcium supplement too:

Your B-Complex supplement should be liquid. I've tried the powdered capsules stuff, it doesn't work (the body can't fully absorb it). I just ended up anemic. Liquid is the best way to go for iron, calcium and B12.
I have no idea about your hand. Do you have any other symptoms that go with it? Dizziness? Nausea? it could be just a cleansing reaction, but what are you eating? It could be an allergic reaction too.
Drink 6-10 cups of water a day, depending on your weight. If you weigh less, you need less water (more around 6), if your weight is average, you need around 8, if you weigh more, you'll need 10. So 2 litres (8 cups) is probably good for you. How much water did you drink before? If your body isn't used to that much water, then it could be cleansing. I'd suggest jucing first thing in the morning as breakfast to give your body a break from digesting.
The juice is technically a food, not water, so no, it can't be substituted. Another thing: Drink water either at least 10 minutes BEFORE eating, or 1 hour AFTER. If you combine water with meals you'll wash out all the enzymes in your stomach and you'll get bloated and won't digest well.
The raw hemp protein is generally not very good tasting on it's own, but if you combine it with coconut water, fresh fruit of an alternative milk (rice, nut, hempseed milk, ect.) then it'll taste fine. Experiment :)
