I'm eating my protein thru nuts and fish (fish every 3rd day). I'm definitly trying the Sea Salt in the water trick. I just bought some Sea Salt this weekend, so off I go to try. I also got some advice to put more greens in my diet, not so much fruit. But I LOVE fruit. I'm going to keep eating fruit for breakfast and have romaine and spinach with avocado and almonds for lunch. Will carrots hurt? I juiced carrots over the weekend and loved it.
