candida diagnosis and die-off questions
Hi all,
I hope there are a few of you out there well-practised in identifying candida and tackling it...i really need some guidance!
I think i have candida controlling my body. I have come to this conclusion after doing several bowel,
parasite cleanses and completely changing my diet to exclusively non-junk food, whole foods, strict vegan. After having been vegetarian for over 6 years)
I still however, suffer with CONSTANT bloating of the stomach (after eating), constipation every 3 days, constant lethargy (im not even 30), vaginal thrush occassionally,
Acne nearly constantly, gassy stomach.
I'm really fed up with all this. The other day it occured to me that candida could be the culprit. So after extensive research i completely minimised my
Sugar intake, i rarely eat bread anyway, i bought some Echinacea and Goldenseal caps, and i got some Pau D'arco, and a 5 billion culture probiotic.
I have been taking one capsule of each, once a day (thought i would start slow, didn't want bad die-off) 5 days later i have been getting horrendous migraines. I went to sleep with one the other night and woke up with it the next day, the pain was so tight, throbbing and unbearable all i could was cry. Is this candida die-off?
I had been in hospital a day after starting the course for a necessary procedure which resulted in me having 2 doses of
Antibiotics and a knock-out anaesthetic. I hate hospitals so much and all pharmaceutical drugs i avoid them, but like i said, it was unavoidable in this instance. I'm wondering whether it's the
Antibiotics or the hospital poison.
Any advice anyone can give me i would really appreciate so much. I'm stabbing in the dark so much with my over 10 year symptoms. Cleansing is all i know that is beneficial to the system. All the docs want to do is toxicate me further. I'm planning to do a liver cleanse very soon, after another bowel/
parasite cleanse. Having never cleansed the liver fully i'm hoping it will help things along! :-)
Thanks so much for reading and any advice you could give me.
