Re: candida diagnosis and die-off questions
Thanks for the encouragement. I was wondering if going more raw would help as it has done in the past. I'm enjoying my vegan diet and have sourced some really interesting, nutritional products that i otherwise wouldn't have found out about.
A
Liver Flush is essential i know. I must admit im a little fearful of doing my first flush, as i'm wondering if my liver is full of stones, is there any way i can start to flush gently? I don't want anything getting stuck! Would you recommend the flush that is listed on curezone? I think it's the
Hulda Clark one.
I've been wanting advice from a veteran liver flusher. When is the best time (as a full time working person) to do a first flush? What preparations can i make for the flush throughout the week before the flush to 'clear the way' for anything that may be expelled.
It was only yesterday i learned that candida can lead to leaky gut syndrome. It was a strange sensation because about 18 months ago i considered whether in fact i had leaky gut because i felt i wasn't benefitting from my nutritional juice fasts, as if the vitamins were being lost. I feel so toxic although i've cleaned up so much over the recent years. I think through cleansing though i could've dislodged years of toxins. I'm not sure.
I'll certainly start eating more foods that benefit the liver and help it do its job, and make more juices to the same effect. During which time i'll look into the liver cleanse routine and get in the stuff i need to do it...finally!
Many thanks for taking the time to write....it helps me, which helps other that have to put up with me!! Hehehee :-)
All the best...
