Re: candida diagnosis and die-off questions

Hi :-) Your advice makes alot of sense to me...thankyou. I'll take your advice on carbs and sugar, i have already been reducing things but i want to work to eventually cutting them out. Fruit is harder for me to give up...i love it so much, especially apples and berries - arggh! Are kiwis/melon/pears okay? Or is it best to just cut out all sugars?

I expected too much from my body recently from the dietry adjustments i have made. I underestimated how much the surgery knocked me sideways. I think there was a little bit of denial that i had stepped into a hospital and put my life in the hands of doctors! lol I'm feeling much stronger now so feel i have the energy to take on some more cleansing additions.

I didn't realise goldenseal was not to be used longterm - it's a multi pill in with the Echinacea. I didn't take any of the herbs and probiotics last night and haven't yet had a migraine. I'll reintroduce the caps one by one to see if one of them is causing the head pain.

Thanks for taking the time to write, i appreciate all advice during this stage of health :-)
Warm regards
