not be be a wet blanket or anything, but
you *do* soak those almonds first, and then dry and roast hem, right?

:-)

soaked makes *the best*... removes the enzyme inhibitor, makes the lamonds do more "work"
as it were.

Sigh--sad to say, we are somewhat necessarily thinking more and more about getting everything to work harder...or,let's say "smarter".
