As we all are, MH is entitled to personal beliefs. A belief, since it is not necessarily a fact can be mistaken. Many metals are crucial to the proper operation of the body and are needed.

Try living on an iron free diet and you will not last very long. The same is true for calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, or even zinc.

I have not heard of anyone suffering badly from taking CS over long periods of time but I do agree with you in one respect. Conservatism is a good approach.

Remember the Di-hydrogen-monoxide disaster of the 1990's.
