quality, not quantity. the thing people refuse to do is stop shoveling food in their mouths.
there are plenty of mineral rich foods and a person can eat very well indeed with everything they need and no excess(bulk and calories) requiring tons of supplements for the body to properly handle. but its boring.... and everybody else is eating what they want...... and thanksgiving and chrismas is coming up......... whaa, whaa, whaaa. people want to do what they want to do without the consequences attached. nothing has changed. it is no more complicated than that. that is why any supplement is necessary at all.
