i did not read thru that list of posts you linked, but i do not think that just because a person hasn't solved all their health problems means they are unqualified to give advice or that they don't know what they are talking about. some people spent decades poisoning themselves, and it may take years to heal. that healing process may have peaks and valleys, but the overall arc should be upwards towards health. now, if a person just keeps getting worse and worse and their health compltely degenerates, thats a whole other story.

but if a person solves many major problems over time, but still has some minor issues cropping up, that does not mean they are fundamentally misguided, it just means they haven't ironed everything out yet. its a learning process.

i DO have opinions on the CS and candida, as i think the CS destroys intestinal flora and that can lead to candida overgrowth. but i also do not think trapper is fundamentally misguided on health issues, and i do believe he often gives good advice. Tweet
