At this precise moment I am utterly convinced, yes. Not only is raw-vegan theoretically, ethically, and morally logical, its affect on my body alone has been staggering. Plus, I genuinely enjoy eating again, and I can be certain that what I am consuming is the very best of what is available to me - as some might say, "do your best each day." Cooking foods, or eating meat/dairy is a great, perhaps even daily failure. (In my own opinion, I hasten to add, which is not meant to sound judgemental or elitist.)
Ideally, I would consume nothing but fruit and vegetable juices and a little oil, but I am not yet at this stage. (There are occasions when I simply must have avocado, lemon juice and Sea Salt !)
Have you experimented with a raw-vegan diet for a period of time, Sofia?
