Re: Of Course Not!
"Where is the freedom in eating perfectly 24/7?"
Choice is freedom. You can choose to eat to live, to sustain your physical body as well you can, while you are here.
"Do you?"
With the exception of the cacao incident (made-for-TV movie coming your way around 2012), yes.
"If so, do you ever just want junk? When I say jumk, I do mean junk."
No. Why would I?
"Unless I can get to the point where I simply have NO desire for junk. Is that possible?"
Of course! Is this not what you are aiming for? Cravings/desires exist only because the "food" is in (leaving) your blood stream, or due to an emotional attachment of some kind.
I read that you are partaking in no-coffee cleanses and suchlike. Concentrating on what you should be eating is far easier than concentrating on what you should not! If you tell yourself that all you eat from this day forth is raw vegan produce, then that is that! Coffee, sugar, salt, crisps, burgers and similar filth do not conform, and thus they are rendered obsolete.
Perhaps this may seem odd, but I have felt physically ill while watching my parents eating. By observing everyone around me I witnessed exactly that which I loathed; gluttony, ignorance, dependence on nothing-products, etc, etc., and then my own great change was impossible to resist.
Hm, how about standing outside starbucks and watching those inside eat and drink their poisons? It should not take long for you to turn away in disgust and return home to your green salad and distilled water! (With a wide smile upon your face!)
