I think this an excellent point that needs to be understood. It may be true in my own case that I worried so much about "eating healthy" that I ended up giving my self food intolerances (that i'm working on). We when develop fear of food, i think it can develop into intolerances, which causes more harm than the "unhealthy" food to begin with. try to be healthy, but don't be dogmatic about it. I'm as guilty as anyone of being dogmatic about food in the past, but now see that it can be very counterproductive. There is way too much dogma tossed about among the various food factions (raw, veg., omnivorve, ect ect). we need to step back and take a deep breath, dogma is not helpful.
