I agree with you Kate. I actually enjoy some of this "junk" like delicious latte or a really good piece of chocolate or a yummy wood-fired pizza with bacon, artichoke and fresh spinach. Of course not all the time, and I don't think even most of us are even saying every week. But it just tastes good. To me anyway.
Maybe you do get to the point where you don't even want it anymore, but I have not found that yet.
