Hi. I really enjoyed reading the article...although a bit shocking. I, too, eat dairy products from milk to cheese to yogurt constantly. I've had allergies and sinus problems ever since I was in high school and I'm now at a point where I'm tired of taking medication and I am considering making changes to my diet. What would you suggest in place of the dairy products I'd give up? Basically, alternatives for milk, cheese (in terms of cooking and just eating blocks of cheese) and ice cream.
