I once had to spend two days on a dairy farm in "milk country" and was amazed when I saw the family that ran the farm. They were lovely people so it saddenned me to observe that they were all seriously overweight... all of them, even their young children. Quite a feat when you think about it... they work bloody hard so putting on all that extra weight could not have been an easy task.
