Interesting article. I totally agree with most of it, especially the factory farming aspect. May all Factory farming people be reincarnated as cows, then pigs, and chickens.

Unfortunately I still eat meat and dairy although I consume less than I used to. I keep trying off and on again to quit, but old habits die hard.

I am also in agreement with the calcium from veggies theory, after all how many elephants have osteoporisis. They must have pretty strong bones to carry that stuff around.

Of course Factory Farming is big business and supported by various governments. Some I believe have gone so far as charging higher license fees for free run chickens if you can imagine.

Good luck with your forum, I am sure it will be very interesting and informative.
