1) Is the overall health of milk from large-scale dairy producers -- this I think we can agree on.
2) If, and I stress IF, one was to drink milk I would suggest that organic RAW -- straight from the nipple, as it were -- would be the best way to do it.
This is, however, a question of the greater of two evils. We are not designed to consume milk as adults, and we are not designed to consume milk perfected for other mammals. Please do not mistake "tolerance" for specific foods as an indication that they are (a) good for you or even (b) not bad for you.
