i am 90-95 % vegan
no redmeat,no fish, no dairy, no soy, no toxic oils, person in dietary intake and only occasionally have a very small bit of chicken or turkey .
i much prefer legumes and nuts etc and even then i limit intake
and only eat inshell nuts no butters to avoid molds/ fungus etc .
and never peanut butter.
i like fresh fruit/ veggies/cooked oatmeal etc
homemade granola bars etc...
i am behind your no dairy stance all the way.
curious to ask..please in cooking what do you use as a milk substitute?
i use milk from oatmeal, etc and arrowroot etc cornstarch
for thickening agent
i also use stevia herb for personal sweetening agent if i feel it needs it.. or a dash of grade b maple syrup.
