what kind of peanut butter are you consuming? hopefully it is not any of the brand name products in your local supermarket. they put a lot of garbage in these (have you seen the ingredients labels?).

if available, best to stick to fresh ground (organic if you can) peanut butter at your local health food stores (some have the machines right there and you can grind them yourself) or nut butters made by a company called maranatha which contain nothing but nuts and Sea Salt . the former is still better than the latter but make no mistake, it is still a very good product which i still use on occasion.

in fact all i have for lunch is baby bananas and peanut butter during the weekdays. it is absolutely delicious, nutritious and quite filling. ive been doing this for months now and i am still not tired of it. if you get hungry between meals try eating air popped popcorn (hot air popcorn poppers are inexpensive these days) alone or with a little organic butter and Sea Salt . i also toss in some lettuce and salad pieces for color and to assist in digestion (popcorn is difficult to digest but its ok because it has lots and lots of fiber).
