I was a lacto-ovo vegetarian for about 6 months last year, and while I felt better then I have in my entire life my body was not doing good. I was not getting suffient protein for the amount of exercise I do, and there are just so many beans and nuts and eggs and milk that you can eat before you get sick of them. I don't know if that will be the case for you, but please get suffient protein and stay away from simple carbs, because they are usally vegetarian, but still not healthy. :)
