Okay, fine. I still think you AND your friend would appreciate reading this particular article. And Dr. Mary Enig is one of the leading fat expert scientists in America. In fact, I would be interested if you could get your friend to actually read this article and then report back what he thought about it, or get him to report, himself. I don't know anybody working in that field so I would be interested to know what they think.
