Re: playing with fire

I'm not ignoring or arguing what you wrote at all. you're totally right in what i'm doing, and i know it. i understand that fasting to lose weight isn't a good idea, but i've never had a weight problem until the last few months when i put on an extra 20 pounds. the reason for this being that i was fairly depressed, which made me lazy and i ignored my eating habits. im not making a plea to you here or asking for your sympathy at all. im just stating that although i do know that exercise and going back to my proper ways of eating will take the weight off in a few months, maybe even sooner i simply felt(feel) embarassed by the fact that i put so much on, which is why i wanted this quick fix. and no, i will probably never again need to fast once i am down because i have maintained by previous weight of 150 for many many years. im sorry if my little replies in have made you so angry, i never meant to. i just wanted to know how much longer these last 10 pounds would take to come off, simply because i'm starting to dislike this whole fasting thing, and i dont want to end up like so many of these people who write in and talk about depriving themselves, then bingeing. once again, i am sorry if anything i've said made you angry, but i can assure you that my reasons for this fast differ greatly from those who yo-yo with their weight. i just want to be what i was 2 months ago..
