He says, "it is written" or "as it is written" a zillion times, but how many times does he refer to old testament as "the word of god"? And how many times does he refer to the old testament, and correct it or alter it? "it is written, but I say..."

He would correct or alter the word of God? Then God (via the trinity) wouldn't be "the same, yesterday, today and forever".

And what's your answer? Did Jesus forget to tell his followers to read the non-existent, three-hundred years later to-be-compiled-by-corrupt-church-leaders new testament (or forget/fail to mention the old testament?) when they asked what they were to do without him? Or did he mean what he said when he said, "I will send my spirit to your heart?" Inquiring minds wanna know.
